Rate limiting on every server event to prevent spam and abuse

Debounced broadcasts — squad list updates are batched to minimize network traffic

Avatar fetching is async and cached — no performance impact during gameplay

For Discord/Steam avatars, a Bot token or Steam API key is required. The script works fully without them using character headshots or initials.
